Whilst we have various duties to you our client, we can only give our best advice and service if the information you give us is accurate and complete.
OFFICE PERIODS
On working days, the office is open from 8.00 hours to 13.00 hours and 14.00 hours to 17.00 hours. Staff may be available outside normal office hours by prior arrangement.
DISTANCE WORK
We able to provide comprehensive advice and services by communicating with you by phone, whatsapp, skype or e-mail. E-mail is a particularly fast and efficient means of communication.

PLEASE NOTE
Other legal and professional obligations may occasionally affect the ability of our firm to meet all these standards. For example, the legal duty to release information about corruption, money laundering, or the Advocate’s duty to the Court can override the duty of confidentiality or the duty to put the Client’s interest first.
We are obliged legally and professionally to keep your affairs confidential. However, Advocates may be required by statute to make a disclosure to any relevant security agency where they know or suspect that a transaction may involve money laundering or terrorist financing. If we make a disclosure in relation to your matter, we may not be able to tell you that a disclosure has been made. We may have to stop working on your matter for a period of time and may not be able to tell you why.
